Slept in so missed the early bird tweet and fly. Drove by Tweezer'sPond and saw the namesake and Windjunk playing in the cold dreary wet...eeeck, it didn't appeal to this seal, so headed over to Willies. Passed MF4 driving out as i was heading in. A few of the boys out, GregC, Gautam, HRocker, a couple others and a kiter. Rigged the 4m, immediately realized I was trying to get out the wrong direction (port) and that wasn't going to work in the beach break slosh, starboard launch mucho better! About halfway into the session some really nice big swell started rolling into the corner, so played there for a while until it began to slack off again. It was quite light on the inside, really gusty and wound up outside. Tried out some new gloves (again!) in my never ending search for the winter glove that actually works. They were really good for non-fatigue and grip, had to come in once and flail the arms around to get the fingers back to life, but it was all good after that. Maybe the best i've tried so far over the years. Got them at a x-ski shop in Quebec off Amazon for about $30, 2mm neoprene with grippy palms, got size M and they fit snug. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0CZ9RPLT6?ref ... e_0_0&th=1
