Soooo Much Fuuuuunnnnnn!!! Arrived at 930am to 10-13kts. Rigged up the 6.0m sail and 1263cm2 foil and headed out. Schlogged out to the wind line at Clover and then for the first hour it was up and down and feeling chilly but super duper flat and basically nothing in the water to watch out for except 2 Wingers. Mattie Poper was the first to arrive with his huge 7.0m Wing then H-Rocker on his 6m Wing. It started to pick up so I came in to rig down and drink some hot tea. The Pope followed me in and also had some hot tea. Danno arrived and started rigging his 5.0m. I headed back out on a fatter 4.5m sailworks Flyer which was perfect as it picked up to 20+ for 45 mins. Some more doods arrived, RedVanPaul and GregCan and Adam who is learning and doing great on a 4.2m Wing staying inside the bay. Lots of sailboats going by on the outside so I headed way out to say Hi and give them a couple of WooHoo's. A couple of huge logs made their way into the bay and everyone warned H-Rocker to watch his shin. hahahahaha!! I was at 40kms and the wind started getting lighter and the hard rain which felt more like hail came down in buckets!! I decided to continue and get my 50kms even though I couldn't actually see where I was going so I decided to close my eyes and 'Use the Force' which worked pretty good. Matt Poperinski and I decided to do some foil ballet coming in together looking like twins. MF4 showed up with treats and a few Vancouver peeps were rigging up what they called 'Windsurfers'. Pretty sure Windsurfing was dead but I guess not. Whatevs! Pretty freakin' cold today and the hard rain wasn't so pleasant either but with the flat water at RB, which hardly ever happens was a-freakin-mazing!!! I came straight home and had a 10 minute hot shower to warm up then....cracked open an Ice Cold Corona to help celebrate my wife's birthday. Afternoon beer and football after a morning foil sesh is SWEET!!

    BOBSON OUT!!
