Catapulted within the first minute and smashed my arm on my mast! That had me rattled for a bit. Should have rigged the 3.4 first but like Jens said it probably wouldn't have mattered. Some incredible waves on the outside! Finally gave in and rigged the 3.4 and was treated to some of the biggest waves I've ever seen in the bay, just as it started to switch. Got really nervous a few miles off shore when things started feeling light but couldn't resist the epicness. Glad I made it back to shore! Fist time filming with the 360X4. Battery died too early though and I missed the really big stuff at the end but looking back at the footage it looks crazy from the start.
