Arrived at 10:30am (Thanks for OSR TnT) to CP and decided 2nd boat launch as there was a bit of North in it. Rigged big sail and medium foil. Wind was onshore so had to schlog around the rocks to get out. Up on a foil quickly and water was flat everywhere except right off CP launch. Big Coast Guard ship just off the point causing a bit of a wind shadow. Headed out towards Discovery and back but there wasn't quite enough to go wherever I wanted. Only had a short window so got an hour in and then headed back to work. ugh! Hoping for more tomorrow, same-same. It was pretty chilly 6 or 7 degrees and steady light drizzle. Saw a Wing off Willows but couldn't get down there. Sorry! I'm going to put on a smaller stabilizer for my next session. I'm not sure why I haven't changed it already... I think I like knowing exactly how the foil is going to respond to my inputs. So yup, this is me taking a chance. ha! Nope! I won't try a different beer. Small steps. Wooooooo!!
