Arrived early at 10:30am and watched as the wind strengthened from light with puffs to 8-12kts TunaCan came through and we discussed wind, dogs and work meetings. He left and I rigged the 6.0m Sailworks Flyer and headed out just after 11am with no one else around. I wanted to try out the the smaller stab again but again I was having issues keeping steady flight so came in and put the 280cm2 stab back on and tried out the 700cm2 front wing. Not quite windy enough so again, came back in and put back the 1263cm2 front foil. Okay, so much for trying different foils, GregCan arrived and came out and looked like he headed up to RVYC to see if he could find Fray-Fray. I was able to foil easily with my Go-To foil set up. Others arrived, Danno, The Junkman, The Twizzler and H-Rock. I got in an hour and then came in and rigged the 4.5m Sailworks Flyer and was able to get in 45 mins and then came in for a cup of tea and a sangy as it was getting holey. Marky-Mark and the Funky Bunch arrived and it was a bit weird as I think I've only seen him at RB so this was outside the ordinary. I put back on the 6.0m as I had left it rigged up and it was well OP'd in the gusts but good in the lulls. if I wasn't so lazy I would have come in and changed back to the 4.5m but knew the end of the day was coming soon. Windoc made a special appearance to ensure all were behaving. I started making mistakes and weak jibes so decided to call it a day. Fan-Freakin'-tastic day in the sunshine and better than forecasted amount of wind. Lots of happy faces and WooHoo's. Feeling pretty tired writing this after 70kms travelled today being overpowered most of the day on the 6.0m.
