Left junior with her grannie, dropped the bread-winner off at the office at 8:00 and was on the water at Columbia by 8:45 for one of the best sailing days I can remember. I was happy on the 5.0 for three hours and quit 'cause I was spent. Too many back loops to count, including a new experience - making it all the way around and looking down to see three feet of air still between board and water - emergencey eject :shock: ! What a buzz. I almost sailed away from one. Awesome day for jumping, a few frontside hits and, the cherry on top, snagged what I guess was a rogue wave that was easily head-high. I was so excited I kind of botched the ride but coasting down that smooth face was a beautiful sensation. More like that please! :D :D :D
