Up and down 5.5, small ramps, but warm! Injured my left foot for the third time doing forwards since Jan. #&**! Good vibe at the beach today. Lots of stoked people (especially the guy that ripped off Dave's backpack from his van with his ipod, wallet, bucks, and Cher CDs). May Karma be cruel to that spineless thief.
