Sweet, feeling a little more stoaked! I remember sailing out of RMC on pirates (think 420 clones) and sailing in big winds almost every day! Wow very scary story, I tend to sail side-off conditions, at esquimalt lagoon. However in most cases I'd end up downtown plus there is a very high amount of marine traffic!
