The Windsufing Events didn't happen due to weather. The July event was postponed in advance based on weather forecasts and we rescheduled for Aug 7 8 9. Even though the weather forecast was poor we proceeded with the August event. As it turned out the weather tanked. No wind. All rain ...

The July 16 – 19 Western Canadian Windsurfing Championships at Nitinaht is postponed.

Thoughts for next year:

- make it a five day event: one day for demos, two days for kiting competitions and two days for windsurfing competitions

- have separate events entirely for pros and amateurs ...
