The guy post his "kook ass" stories on here so he has better chance to get his board back.

How old are you BK? Still in high school?

Ahem.... FYI, I resent the implicit implication that KOOK is somehow a derrisive adjective. I've always thought that it is used to denote a rider of the highest skill and calibre :D

Hope the board shows up!

I work with a guy who lives at IV.
He is on the lookout and is going to ask the neighbours.
I was going to start a motion for a name change as your summer activites have boosted you out of the rookie category, but taking into account the recent events... RR may be here to stay
Just buggin ya Ryan 8) It happens to the best of us
Your still Koooooooooook though

RookieRyan, there are lessons that others can take away from the unfortunate set of circumstances which have befallen you. Thanks, bro, for being brave enough to share your story!
As Teabag mentioned, your chances of getting the mako board back have improved with this post.

I lost a board at Cook Street a few years ago. I received a telephone call about a week later--turns out that a fisherman found it on trial island--It had my tel# on it--that is the lesson. It cost me a bottle of wine versus a new board.
Its all about the adventure and stoke!
