That's interesting...2 out of the 4 of us newbies at Gordon's last Friday had their pilot's license, eh (you and BA)? Maybe, it will be a good group to fly with in the future :)
Good post, Ian, and thanks again for all of your help at the beach, over dem giant boulders and up the creek.

but did they save the kite?? I'm sure he could have swam to the shore and ditched the kite but chose to stay with it and save his gear investment(a choice many of us have had to make) - so did he save the kite? :P

Maybe it's time for another fundraiser so we can buy a rescue floatplane. :lol:
I'd be happy to fly it...although it has been a few years. :roll:
