lesson gear.

Post by Trav »

When adventuring forth in the world of lessons, although most instructors provide gear, is it best to come with your own gear that you are familiar with? Or just rip it up with some lesson gear and save your own? I'm getting closer to some water time lessons.

Use the gear provided with the lesson.
The instructor knows the gear is safe and in working order. As well as being new and likely safer than most peoples first kites. You can also try out different kites they have and see what suits you best.

Use the gear provided until you are ready to be independent and then do a last lesson or two with your own gear to fine tune things.
Safe riding,
