Puerto Vallarta

Interested in a family friendly trip in the Puerto Vallerta area that has good winging in March. I would bring my own gear. Best to be in Nuevo Vallerta or Bucerias? Elsewhere? Ideally we are looking at an all inclusive and won’t rent a car.

Any experience appreciated.
