Hi Bobson

Another summer & season for me not sailing in Victoria or Nitnaht. Bummer not seeing you. Family stuff pulled me off the water in August and much of Sept. Plus I am in W. Vancouver more than I am in Victoria.

Anyways, Are your booms still for sale? I will do a $40 eTransfer to Senor Billenness if they are and get him to msg you.

Btw I'd like the uphaul & harness lines (unless harness lines are shortees) as well if you don't need them. I never sail w/o an uphaul. Let me know if you want extra $$ for them.

After the tranaction we'll figure out the logistics of picking them up.

Regards, Cam Rawlinson

Sounds good Cam although there is only 1 boom. It’s a Chinook aluminum boom with a carbon tail. Very strong!!

Hi Bobson . I was hoping just the boom head was Aluminium. Would you mind checking the screws that connect the head to the booms themselves (unless it a one piece alum build) . I am conerned for possible spawling (corrosion) or hairline cracks in that area (the head area) which might indicate failure is emminent.

I would intend to use them in their shorter configuation so its not so serious. Being a heavier weight sailor than you I don't want them breaking in high wind winter conditions.
