Browser Tips
In addition to Dave's tips, 'ccleaner' ( http://www.ccleaner.com/ ) is a great way to purge your browser of old cookies & Java data. These kind of things bung up your computer. It's a free (donations accepted sound familier) program. The 'issue' tab is a simple way of purging old files out of the registry as well. (A dark & mysterious part of windows few of us comprehend !!!). But wait there's more. cclean has an easy way for you to delete those auto start programs (quicktime etc.) that keep moving to your taskbar & subsequently absorb your ram. Try it !!!

While microsoft has just released I.E. 7 2.0 has just been released. Firefox 2.0 is free (of course) and has a built in spell checker. Fox seamlessly loads with just a simple restart of the browser to fire it up. By comparison I.E. 7 first checks to see if you have a registered copy of windows then it reboots your p.c. a few times (in my case). If you have not tried give it a try !!! p.s. It's time to change time zone to -8...Log in, go to forum & click on your 'profile', scroll down to 'time zone', click on the drop down menu & click on -8...While your in there it's a great time to update your avatar. (this means YOU 'MF4' !!!) Scroll to the bottom to submit changes.
