A Perfect Addition To Any Quiver!

" The Rise" SLE Hybrid

Victoria BC – February 22, 2007 - Ocean Rodeo today officially announced the introduction of a hybrid SLE kite to their 2007 line up of power kites for kiteboarding. Joining Ocean Rodeo's Diablo and One kites for the 2007 season, the "Rise" represents a hybrid of these two kite's styles, perfect for the rider who wants an incredibly responsive kite with immediate power which still offeres the benefits of an SLE kite's de-power.

The Rise is a perfect compliment to Ocean Rodeo's other immensely popular SLE kite, the One. The Rise is built for riders willing to sacrifice some of the massive wind range offered by the One in favour of an incredibly responsive kite with instant power and easy re-launches. Out of the bag, the Rise is Ocean Rodeo's easiest kite to fly. Instant water re-launches and a simple method to slow the turning speed make this kite the perfect choice for schools and beginners. Expert riders will love the Rise for its ease of use, instant turning speeds and grunty power.

The Rise will be available in sizes 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16m. 12m sizes will ship April 1st, all other sizes will follow May 1st, 2007.
Thermals are good.
