Sail found on Crescent Beach

I was walking along the beach in Mud Bay (the Eastern part of Boundary Bay, north of Crescent Beach) and found a completely rigged Gastra Speed Slalom sail on the beach! It must have been there for a while as it was covered in about 4 inches of seaweed. No board or body around. My guess is someone bailed at Crescent Beach last fall, and it washed up. Everything is intact, so if you can identify the sail, or know the owner, contact me at
