Voodmon: hey JL wine gives you gout, not a good suggestion in my book, however there are remedies for that, don't drink wine with sulfites, or switch to Argentinian wines from the high andies which are about the lowest you can go as far as i know, there are some wonderful organic ones from there appearing on the shelves.
