You might reconsider & wish for that $100 lesson cost from your hospital room...

I'd also add that having watched quite a few new kiters learn the sport at Nitnaht and La Ventana the ones that take lessons progress so much faster than the ones that don't the investment is well worth it if you can afford even a couple days of one on one instruction.

Not to mention the lack of drama that folks that take lessons enjoy.
