Scotland and Peru. Both redonkulous in their own ways.
Rebstock must have velcro booties.
The break in Peru looks so good it is just stupid.

An oregon coast kitesurfing trip is on the must-do list for next summer. It is only 9 months away!

WOW - Ian's harness is a frayed rope and regular hardware store caribeaner. there might be a realease mechanism above that. sketchy is right. here is another one with great wave rides and aerial spins by Airton Corrizon. Looks like Maui?

Pretty sure that's a DIY version of a sliding harness hook, like the Dynabar or DaKine Slider. There's a bunch of forum posts out there about how to make your own...for example, this thread page 2thankgodiatepastafobreaky wrote:WOW - Ian's harness is a frayed rope and regular hardware store caribeaner.

I have a dynabar one and have tried the DaKine (sold it to ToesideT). If you ride waves hooked in, a sliding hook is super ... hips can turn independent of kite, much more freedom of movement in doing quick turns.
But the modern trend is towards riding waves unhooked....where a sliding bar doesn't help. Plus, with slider, it's harder to hook back in. Or so I have read!
