Okay, I'll try to keep this short. Arrived at 9:30am to 10-14kts, shortly after The Pope showed up, 2 mins later, GregCan arrived and boom then The Notorious D.O.G. parked but didn't come and say Hi. Arrived to just Bobson on site and noted a sparkle in his eye that foreshadowed big things to come. It looked light so I launched with the 7m but was pretty soon overpowered and came in for the 5.5m. Was still a bit OP'd for most of the session but not confident enough in the wind to come in for the 4m. Some gybe and toeside progression but still struggling with foot switches. Great turnout. Congrats to Bobson on the epic send today!!

After an hour, ran home, traded the drysuit for the wetsuit, and back down to play outside in the waves ( unfortunately no gps track of that).

Jelly left & I'd had enough of speed bombs so rigged foil, punchy winds made me rig 4.2 to try it. Worked fine til I got outside waiting for waterstart, in rollers there was no hope for uphauls, biggest single weakness of this foiling thing!!! High wind & chop/waves ur screwed if you fall. Made one sweet foiling gybe, it dropped off shortly thereafter

(only to totally come back after derigging, but I was cooked)

Went for a quick foil but AJ was ripping waves on surfy/kite, so the 5.3/110 worked fine; practicing no speed loss gybes & did a million, really in tune w/ the kit these days, no pumps today! Long, dry session, hi speed weaving w/a few fun jumps, outside backsides & steady Eddie wind. Small bar waves on incoming tide were fun & Jelly's first short post surgery sesh too. Porks showed as it died a bit which was a shame.

Semi-Pro. Wind looked light but was enough for big gear. Air was chilly at first then felt like it warmed up. Whole session was sans gloves. Flat on the inside but there was some roll on the outside in the deeper water. Hung out at Mike's place and caught a few wind swell trains! Chatter on beach was, 'Where's Jens'? Got paid my first pension cheque today and got out windsurfing so felt a bit like I turned semi-pro! Fun that!

Yet another windsurfer re-union. Michael first on the water winging ... then me and Mike kiting ... Bill, Jerry, Rob D, Chuck ... and some actual windsurfers like C36 and John.
Early start on 8m+surfboard with SE 18-20 then ramped up, clocked SSE 20-25 and cleaned up waves. Sweet clean waist high breaking waves by Centennial for tons of bottom turns.
Great way to start the weekend :D

Pre-session meeting at the Tea House with Gee, WC Rob, the Bobson, Tweezer provided one-wheel entertainment., catchy! Model2 a little late, we did get the SE 20s but you had to be ready to catch a very short window. Put in at the first signs on Big gear, raced back after a couple of reaches for 4m. A fine hour on a soft swell with the friendly Locals : ))

Was patient all day, thanks to a few check ins with my the wind ranger (tweezer). Got the call Clover was on, and it was JUST barely 4m. Kept close to the point trying to eek out a few waves and lots of turns apparently (114 in 21km). Wind was pretty light 3/4 of the time, so tried my best not to fall. All in all - fun session. A

Well that was a long Willows day. Arrived at 12:30pm to what looked like 12-15kts. It wasn't. Went out and schloged for 25 minutes, nope not enough, back in to chat with the beach folks. AJ came off kite shift, me dentist late :( but winds seemed good, 4.7 worked fine for a couple runs, petered out, slog n pump foiling but it dropped more. 5.0 did nothing, said 12-15 but it was glassy?? 5.3 got me up just as I quit. Better @pumping sail than the foil but definitely looking for more power today! Overfoils & wave hits are a thing of the past. Disappointing session. No foiling gybes, just lame ones
